At the heart of the device is a self-priming rotary piston pump manufactured by the Italian company ROVER POMPE SNC using NOVAX technology. This high-performance pump is equipped with a star-shaped impeller, allowing fluid flow in both directions. Thanks to its special hydraulic design, the pump can operate in the presence of air bubbles, ensuring continuous and stable operation. All surfaces in contact with the fluid are carefully machined, increasing their chemical and mechanical resistance and ensuring food safety.
The pump delivers fluid to the filter block where the filter plates are installed. The kit can accommodate 6 to 10 filter elements, increasing filtration efficiency. The plates are connected in parallel to maximize contaminant removal. For optimal filtration of vegetable oils, it is recommended to use 45-micron filter elements and maintain the oil temperature at approximately 35°C, which promotes better flow and filtration efficiency.
A pressure gauge is located in front of the filter block, allowing you to monitor the pressure and assess the condition of the filter elements. If the pressure increases significantly, the gauge indicates when they need to be replaced. The FP-10 kit allows you to disconnect the hose between the pump and the filter block, allowing you to use the pump for other fluid transfer tasks.
