2. Rolling / bending machine for plates – plate thicknesses from 3 mm to 35 mm,
working width up to 4 m, lengths up to 50 m, various shapes possible.
3. Machine for manufacturing dished ends (Dennice / Klöpper heads)–
diameters from 800 mm to 5 m, in various shapes.
What can be produced in our hall:
1. Steel structures of all kind – from power pylons and stair systems to complete halls.
Length and width without limitation.
Production capacity: approx. 100 tons per month with working hours of
8 hours daily, Monday to Saturday (2- and 3-shift system possible).
Current number of employees: approx. 145 people, including:
* Fitters / metalworkers / pipe fitters
* TIG welders (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, Kunifer, Super Duplex, Duplex, titanium)
* MIG/MAG welders (carbon steel, aluminum)
2. Vessels / tanks – diameters from 800 mm to 5 m,
height and width without limitation,
materials: carbon steel and stainless steel,
wall thicknesses from 3 mm to 35 mm.
All products are manufactured 100% in our own hall (no subcontractors).
3. Pipelines – cutting, welding, bending from 10 mm to 500 mm,
materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, Kunifer, Super Duplex, Duplex, titanium,
wall thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 60 mm.
4. Shipbuilding in carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel–
length up to 80 m, width up to 5 m.
5. Painting and sandblasting
6. Galvanizing– bath size 8 m x 4 m (external partner)
Additional infrastructure:
1. Access to the Elbląg Canal – construction of ships or pontoons (floating platforms) up to
130 m in length and 10 m in width.
2. Contract with a German shipyard – access to the production site in Stralsund
(approx. 150 km from the Polish border):
hall dimensions 1,000 m length x 200 m width,
4 cranes of 50 t each, direct access to the quay wall and water.
Quality & testing:
Additionally, we have contracts for:
* RTG X-ray testing
* Non-destructive testing (NDT)
* Eddy current testing
* Dye penetrant testing (PT)

Doubtful prepayment
The most common type of fraud. Unfair sellers may request a certain amount of advance payment to “book” your right to purchase equipment. Thus, fraudsters can collect a large amount and disappear, no longer get in touch.
Varieties of this fraud may include:
- Transfer of prepayment to the card
- Do not make an advance payment without paperwork confirming the process of transferring money, if during the communication the seller is in doubt.
- Transfer to the “Trustee” account
- Such a request should be alarming, most likely you are communicating with a fraudster.
- Transfer to a company account with a similar name
- Be careful, fraudsters may disguise themselves as well-known companies, making minor changes to the name. Do not transfer funds if the company name is in doubt.
- Substitution of own details in the invoice of a real company
- Before making a transfer, make sure that the specified details are correct, and whether they relate to the specified company.
