Een 45° schuin bed vormt de kern van de machine. Uitgevoerd als een extreem stabiele gietconstructie van meehanite gietijzer met geïntegreerd in het machineframe een speciaal dempend zandhard dat de prestaties van de gietstukken effectief verbeterd en nog meer trilling dempende eigenschappen heeft. Elke servo-as is uitgerust met een “silent-noise” kogelomloopspindel en is middels een flexibele koppeling direct verbonden met de servomotor. Gevolg is een hoge bewegingssnelheid
een laag geluidsniveau
een hoge positioneringsnauwkeurigheid en een hoge repetitieve positioneringsnauwkeurigheid. De servomotor is uitgerust met een absolute encoder. Hierdoor is de machine na inschakeling direct gebruiksklaar zonder referentiepunten aan te hoeven lopen. De positie-informatie zal niet verloren gaan nadat de stroom is uitgeschakeld
