Mini asphalt plant (Asphalt Recycling Machine) RA-800 with its own motor and hydraulic drive is a mobile complex for asphalt production / processing. This equipment can produce 800 kg of high quality asphalt mixture per every 15-20 minutes from asphalt scrap, milling, bitumen, crushed stone, sand, as well as allows you to heat up the working material and work with it on site for paving / replacement of asphalt.
SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Diesel engine with electric starter (10hp).
2. Recycler productivity - 1800 - 2000 kg/hour.
3. Drum capacity 800 kg(0,6 m3).
4. Products heating temperature - 120 – 180°C.
5. Products heating time up to 15-20m (150°C).
6. Fuel consumption - up to 13 l/hour.
7. Fuel tank for 100l (equipped with a fuel level indicator).
8. Power of burner 100-130 KW.
9. Burner diesel powered by generator with a voltage stabilization system.
10. The recycler drum is equipped with heating distribution system (on the whole surface).
11. Side flaps construction provides light access to servicing drum rollers.
